Delivery Areas We currently ship pan-India, with delivery times of approximately 7 business days for most locations.
Same-Day Delivery (Hyderabad/Secunderabad)
- Available for orders placed within the 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM window, subject to availability.
- A flat ₹150 same-day delivery fee applies to all same-day orders, regardless of order value (including orders above ₹1000 that would otherwise qualify for free standard shipping)
Standard Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹1000
- ₹150 shipping fee on orders below ₹1000
Order Processing Orders are typically processed within [3 business days] of confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where available) once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Delays While we strive to meet stated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier logistics, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll keep you informed if your order is delayed significantly.
Undeliverable/Failed Delivery If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the delivery location, our courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the item to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
