We want you to love your House of Nikki purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Return Window
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Same-day return requests (for same-day delivery orders) are also accepted within this window.
Condition for Returns Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging, where possible
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds are issued for the product value; a flat ₹150 return shipping charge applies (your original shipping charge, if any, is not deducted).
- We do not offer exchange-only returns — refunds are available for all eligible returns.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at [email/WhatsApp number] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll share the return shipping address and process once we receive confirmation.
- Once the item passes inspection, your refund will be initiated within [3 business days].
Non-Returnable Items
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
